Sonstige Samsung Corby GT S3650 - Touchscreen problem

Hello. My problem is this: today I messed up my girlfriend`s Corby (GT S3650 bought on december 2009) - (I have tried that trick for touchscreen *#2665# and now I can`t use touchscreen). I made this thing that bricked the phone :((

whats the condition of the phone before doing this procedure? Has the touch full function?
If you flash your device with Samsung Flasher its normaly a full ROMflash. So normally the phone must be in good condition.

Test to flash this firmware S3650XFII2 - Downloads - FAQ4Mobiles on the device then tell us if phone is again not in good condition.

AMSS=NONE
Apps=apps_compressed
Rsrc1=Rsrc_S3650_Open_Europe_East.rc1
Rsrc2=Rsrc2_S3650(Low).rc2
Factory FS=FactoryFs_S3650_Open_Europe_East.ffs
All option after factoryFS=NONE

Same results=is booting fine, loading all files, i can recive calls but i can`t use touch.

 

Is there any CSC-File in the package? If yes flash this file also.
If not i think now its time to give it to service for repair. It should be on guarantee

 

No CSC-File inside. Yes...this is the last resort I think.. :( PS: is there any firmware that contains that CSC file?

sorry for late answer. I think now is the time to bring the device with the receipt to a samsung service point. Normally i should be a guarantee repair. You can also contact me with PN to realize an guarantee check/repair
