Sonstige E770v unlock, is this possible?

i went to an local unlocking shop this morning to get my E770v unlocked, but he said that it was not possibile.
He said he tried an few without success , so i was a little dissapointed.
There's an other unlocking shop not so far away and they say on the internet that they can unlock all motorola models.
Since there are some experts here at this board i want to verify if it is possible to get my E770v vodafone unlocked.
I have unbranded firmware on it , and i allready tried 3 wrong subsidy passwords.
phone still works with vodafone simcard.

Hope someone can confirm it is possible

Unlocking is nearly unpossible without Hardware (e.g. Smartclip).

There is a cracked software, but we don´t discuss or support this in here.

At the moment i am waiting for an reply from that shop , because that is easier then sending the phone to germany i think
I live in the north of the netherlands.

With SmartClip, Ultimate Box or MSS4 you can unlock E770 over Testpoint without any Problems.

If i understand this right the phone needs to be taken apart to remove the simlock.
i doubt the local shops overhere will go that far .. lol
normally i had no problem with the vodafone lock ,but i got an new phone from work and the E770v will be for my son and he hardly make calls so i rather have him on orange network.
Now i wonder how much an unlock will cost since it is not that easy.
In the end it can be cheaper to stay with vodafone?

 

I dont know how much it coast at your Local-Shop, but unlocking @ Logofreax is not very expensive... You should ask him for prices , porto cant be so much I think ... When you telephone in normal way i think it would be cheaper to unlock

 

there are many Stores in the nederlands who can unlock e770 without any problems But it`s also a good idea to send it to Logofreax....He makes a good service here

 

I got an reply from my local shop today that he was able to unlock it using smart clip.
So i went for it and now i am happy to say it is unlocked.
Costs where 10 euro , and that's not too bad i think.
Doing this was the easiest way, although i know logofreax is the expert

Got an N70 from work so i probably will be reading more in nokia section now.
Gave the E770v to my son ,now he got an pimped phone with the faq4mobiles flashfile and GTA startup animation

10 euro is a good price for nederlands.....it´s normaly a little more expensive
